What exactly does the Intune app do?
Once installed, the application imports the assets registered in Microsoft Intune into the CMDB of the 4me account approximately every 8 hours. In the process, new products and devices are created and existing ones are updated. It also associates the imported devices with users.
A list of variables can be used to populate the “Remarks” field on the CI form.
How exactly is this subscription term thing going to work?
Each license key is associated with a 12-month subscription (=minimum term) for one 4me account. The invoice is issued directly after ordering and is due upon receipt of the license key.
How and when can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime. Of course. As long as we receive the cancellation in writing at least 1 month before the subscription expires. We will then issue no further invoice, and no questions asked!
In principle, however, we do not refund any remaining term, also not on a partial basis.
